AgentN ("we", "us", "our") operates agentn.net, a platform that lets you create AI agents/clones and connect third‑party services (Google, Facebook and others) to automate tasks such as email, calendar, posting and live video. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account information — your username, email address and a hashed password.
- Content you provide — agent details, bios, uploaded photos/CVs, product descriptions and messages you send to your agents.
- Connected Google data (only if you connect Google) — access tokens and the specific data needed for the features you enable: Gmail (read/send), Google Drive, Google Calendar and Google Photos.
- Connected Facebook data (only if you connect Facebook) — your Pages list, Page access tokens, and Page posts/comments, used to publish content, go live and reply to comments on Pages you manage.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To provide the features you explicitly request (e.g. send an email, post to a Page, start a live video, run a sales outreach).
- To generate AI responses through AI providers (e.g. Groq, Google Gemini, Anthropic). Only the content needed to fulfil your request is sent.
- To maintain, secure and improve the service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With the third‑party APIs you connect (Google, Facebook) to carry out the actions you ask for.
- With AI processing providers strictly to generate the output you request.
- Where required by law.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention & deletion
You can disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard, which removes the stored tokens for that service. You may delete your account and associated data by contacting us, or follow our Data Deletion instructions.
Security
Tokens and credentials are stored with restricted access and transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
